Rebecca Tanner

ROCHESTER - Rebecca Lynn Colcord Tanner, 57, passed away on April 3rd after a long battle with lymphoma. She leaves behind her husband, Thomas, and two beautiful daughters, Paige Caitlin, and step daughter, Lauren Michelle Hayes, wife of Kent Hayes. Born on March 24th, 1956, Becky was the daughter of Donald and Shirley Colcord of Madison, NH, sister of Debra Porter, John Colcord, and Donald Colcord, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Becky will always be remembered for her love of cooking and entertaining. She was best known and admired as the person that always remembered to call old acquaintances each year to wish them a happy birthday. Becky was always thinking of others' needs before her own, even in her final days. Her incredible work ethic was apparent from the moment she began working at her hometown lumber company at the age of 12, to her most recent job at Clear Advantage Windows and Doors with long-time friend Scott Arrigoni.
