Richard D. Glidden of Milton, NH and Avon Park, FL passed away suddenly in his sleep while visiting family in Richmond Kentucky on February 4, 2016. He was known to all who loved him as "Dickie Darlin" and "Bampie" to his grandchildren. Loving, generous, humorous, king of "short cuts", master handyman, avid golfer and member of Rochester Country Club for over 30 years and an avid sports enthusiast never giving up on his Boston based teams. He had a huge heart and there wasn't anything that he would not do for family and friends. He was retired from Oasis Alignment Services in Gonic, NH after having worked for 17 years at Simplex Wire & Cable Co. He served in the US Navy from 1955-58. Dickie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend.
