Richard Loring

Dover - Richard A. Loring, 70, passed away Monday August 5, 2013 at the Hyder Family Hospice House following a long illness. Born February 20, 1943 in Concord, MA he was the son of the late Norman and Sylvia (Orpik) Loring. Mr. Loring served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He later worked for many years as a Manufacturing Engineer for Analogic. He enjoyed collecting coins, working on cars and playing guitar. Members of his family include his two daughters Stephanie Middlebrooks and husband Eddie of Rochester, NH; and Erica Loring of Oceanside, CA; two grandchildren Eddie and Spencer; siblings Joan Landry and husband Jim of Barrington, NH; Marsha Loring of Somersworth, NH; Wayne Loring of Rochester, NH; and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Norman Loring, Jr. Family and friends may visit Friday August 9, 2013 from 6 - 8 PM at the R. M. Edgerly and Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St. Rochester, NH.
