Richard F Williams

Rochester NH-Richard F. Williams,90, of Soapstone Dr died Wednesday may 10, 2017 at the Frisbie memorial hospital after a long illness. Born September 4, 1928 in Philadelphia PA he was the son of the late Frank and Catherine (Bechtel) Williams Richard served in the United States Navy during WWII after which he attended college and obtained a job as a Technical Writer.  He enjoyed fishing. Members of his family include his children; Richard J. Charles H. and Edward F. Williams, and Catherine Ortiga, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a sister, Doris Jester.  He is predeceased by his son Theodore Williams. There are no services
