Richard Dennis Williams

Richard Dennis Williams, 83, of 43 Joshua Street, Rochester, New Hampshire, passed away on June 9, 2026. He was born on October 8, 1942, in Haverhill, Massachusetts, to Raymond and Florence (Sargent) Williams.

Richard was a skilled mechanic who found great joy in working on cars, a passion that reflected both his talent and the pride he took in everything he did. He was also dedicated to his work as a food service associate for Alden Merrell Cheesecake Co. Beyond his work, Richard was a devoted member of his community and served as president of his community park board, a role that spoke to his generosity and commitment to those around him. He was also a huge Elvis Presley fan, and his love for the music brought him much happiness. Richard was predeceased by his beloved wife, Sandra (Hartford) Williams; his brothers, Raymond Williams, Robert Williams, and Norman Williams; and his sisters, Brenda Painten and Mildred Hatt. He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory always: his daughter, Jaime Williams; her husband, Michael Brown; their son and his grandson, Marcus Brown who he had a very close and special relationship with.; his stepson, Christopher Grant; his brother, Edward Williams; and his sister, Alma Duquette.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
