Robert N. Ackerson, Sr.

Rochester, NH- Robert N. Ackerson, Sr., 82, of 7 Millers Farm Drive died Friday June 30, 2017 at Hyder Family Hospice House. He was born Oct. 10, 1934 in Kittery, ME the son of the late Thomas Ackerson and Bessie (Barnaby) Ackerson Call. He worked as a machinist at Moore Business Forms and as a self-employed gardener. Robert enjoyed gardening, fishing and watching sports on TV. The widower of Rose M. (Allard) Ackerson, he is survived by son, Robert N. Ackerson, Jr. of Milton, NH, daughters, Dede and husband Dennis LaBelle of Milton, Donna and husband Robert Amos of Rochester, Debra and husband Doug Emerson of Somersworth; 8 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and his extended family Michelle and Cheryl and their children, many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of life will be held Saturday July 8, 2017 at Robert's & 'Rosie's' home, 7 Millers Farm Drive, Rochester, NH from 2-4PM.
