Robert D. Pettibone

Rochester - Robert D. Pettibone, 66, passed away Sunday September 15, 2013 at his home following a long illness. Born August 7, 1947 in Pittsfield, MA he was the son of Kenneth and Margaret (Bigelow) Pettibone. Mr. Pettibone served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He later worked for many years for VXI. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and go camping. Members of his family include his wife Kathleen (McKay) Pettibone of Rochester, NH; his children Michael, David, and Cathy Pettibone all of Eliot, ME; and Robert Dutcher Pettibone of Strafford, NH; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild and his mother Margaret Pettibone of Pittsfield, MA. He was predeceased by his father Kenneth Pettibone and his brother Burgess Pettibone. A funeral service will be held Thursday September 19, 2013 at 10AM in the R. M. Edgerly and Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St. Rochester, NH. Burial will take place in the NH Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH at 1:30 PM. To Sign an online guestbook please...
