ROCHESTER ; Robert White,65, of Rochester died on Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester surrounded by loving family and friends. He was born in Stratton, Maine, a son of Forrest and Florence (Darling) White on Jan. 11, 1944. He was employed at Northern Heel in Dover for many years. He was later employed as an owner/operator for MS Carriers and a truck driver for S and S Paving of Rochester. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed candlepin bowling and golf. He looked forward to the Christmas season and being with his family. He was an avid Yankee fan.Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Sally A. White, his daughter Jennie, his son-in-law Eric and their two children Gaige and Caidin. His brother, Clifford and wife Brenda and children. His brothers, Timmy and Terry White.
