ROCHESTER ; Robert White,65, of Rochester died on Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester surrounded by loving family and friends. He was born in Stratton, Maine, a son of Forrest and Florence (Darling) White on Jan. 11, 1944. He was employed at Northern Heel in Dover for many years. He was later employed as an owner/operator for MS Carriers and a truck driver for S and S Paving of Rochester. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed candlepin bowling and golf. He looked forward to the Christmas season and being with his family. He was an avid Yankee fan.Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Sally A. White, his daughter Jennie, his son-in-law Eric and their two children Gaige and Caidin. His brother, Clifford and wife Brenda and children. His brothers, Timmy and Terry White. His brother-in-law Arnold Chadwick and his son Kevin, his sister-in-law Vicki Trafton, her husband Steve and his nephew Kyle. His niece Katie McCauley and her husband Christopher and their son Fionian. His niece Holly Rouleau and her husband Scott and their children Gabriel and Grace and niece Lacey Hudon, and several other nieces and nephews. Mr. White was predeceased by his parents and one brother Richard White. He was also predeceased by Ken and Della Palmer, aunt and uncle greatly loved by the family.Visiting hours will on Friday, May 29, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. In the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, Rochester, N.H. followed by a celebration of his life at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be sent to the N.H. Lung Association, Manchester, N.H.
