Robin Layne Ladisheff; Born Robin Williams to George Williams in Rumford, ME, On April 15, 1961; Passed away on December 6, 2017 In Boston, MA after a courageous and valiant battle with heart and lung disease. Robin grew up and attended schools in Berwick and Sanford, ME., Graduating from Sanford High School. She began her career working at the South Berwick shoe company then started her family with Husband Glenn Rhodes, the father of her sons. She worked management positions at many area businesses and also in the building trade's field at New England Homes. Robin grew up at Tom-Boy, always rough housing and following her brothers around and loving and cherishing her older sisters as she was "baby sis" to them. She always seemed to find the bright side of life with an absolutely glowing smile, even though experienced great loss and tragedy throughout her entire life. She loved all things beautiful; the sun, the moon, the wind and the stars, the birds, the flowers and then butterflies reminding her of her sister Judy, and all of nature's magnificence. She enjoyed camping, fishing, canoeing and hiking with her husband Chris, her sons, family and friends. She loved sports of all kinds especially NASCAR and Jeff Gordon. She loved all Boston sports teams, but the New England Patriots and Tom Brady being her favorites. Her Most wonderful times and memories were spent with Chris, her sons and grandsons who were her world, she'd always tell them, "Grandmama Loves You Whole Wide World Zachary and Travis" and with her past and present brothers and sisters.She had a feisty and adventurous spirit with a soft and loving soul. She always saw the beauty in everything around her. She battled lung disease for 20 years and recently heart disease. The last 3 years were a constant battle, with multiple heart surgeries in the last year and a half. She never gave up until God called to have her rest in heaven with him, her Loved Ones and the Angels. Robin is survived by her Husband of 20 years Christopher Ladisheff of Rochester, NH. Sons; Brian, Jeffery, and Joshua Rhodes of Sanford, ME. Grandsons; Zachary and Travis Rhodes. Sisters; Barbara and Henry Dyke of Sanford, ME and Rhonda Zitzelberger of Jay, ME. Brother, Kim Buck of Waterville, ME, Along with many close friends and family. She was predeceased by; Her sister Judy Fifield and Brothers; Donald Turbide, Kevin Buck and Randy Buck (Her Twin) and her "Mom"; Sandra (Ladisheff) Spellman Thank you for always making us laugh smile and showing us the best in everything. We will love and cherish the precious memories you always gave us. Soar with angles our most precious Robbie Layne/ Mom/ Grandmama Flowers are accepted and donations may be made to the charity of ones choiceMemorial visitation will be held Tuesday from 4-7 in the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main St, Rochester NH 03867.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Church in Somersworth at 11am.Burial will be in the Spring
