Ronald Bringhurst

Rochester - Ronald Bringhurst, 79, passed away Thursday January 17, 2013 at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover following a period of failing health. Born June 6, 1933 in Woodsville, NH he was the son of the late Berton and Clara (Gordon) Bringhurst. Mr. Bringhurst served in the US Army during the Korean War and later worked for many years for Davidson Rubber. He was an avid train collector and enjoyed assembling model trains, he also enjoyed walking and when he was able playing golf and bingo. Members of his family include his children Candy Bringhurst, Kevin Bringhurst and wife Becky, and Scott Bringhurst all of Rochester, NH; one granddaughter Lisa Bringhurst, one great grandson Anthony Gagnon, and one brother Arthur Bringhurst of CT. He was predeceased by his wife Hazel (Makepeace) Bringhurst. Family and friends may visit Tuesday January 22, 2013 from 6-8 PM at the R.M. Edgerly and Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St. Rochester, NH. A graveside service will be held in the Rochester Cemetery in the spring.
