Rochester NH-Ronald V. "Bucky" Leonardi,78, died Friday October 5, 2012 at his home after a brief illness. Born June 21, 1934 in Boston MA he is the son of the late Victor Leonardi and Edna (Donahue) Erdos . Bucky has lived in Rochester all of his life. He is a graduate of Spaulding High School class of 1953. He served in the United States Air Force. He was employed as a pipefitter at Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard shop 56 and later at Heidelberg Harris until his retirement. He was a life member of the Elks Lodge #1393 in Rochester, American legion Post 7 and The Victory Club. Bucky was the quarterback for the Tri-City Chargers semi-pro football team, he was an assistant football coach at Marshwood High School under Rod Wotton, he coached Rochester Midget football and basketball, and assisted former Spaulding High School basketball coach Bob Berry. He was once the manager of Rochester Post 7 American Legion baseball team, he was a member of the organizing committee for Rochester Slo-Pitch Softball League. He...
