Ruth M. Boulard, 74, died Sunday Feb. 1, 2026 at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover following a period of declining health.

She was born in Portland Me Nov. 6, 1951 the daughter of Wilfred and May (Fournier) Ferrante.

She had been employed as a Cosmetologists and nail tech. She loved to paint pets for her family and friends; she was a great artist and a wonderful wife and mother.

She was predeceased by her mother and father and brother Wilfred Ferrante

Survivors include her husband Dennis Boulard of Rochester, sister Stacy Andersen of Florida, many family from Maine, 2 sons Theodore Axelsen III and his wife Rebecca as well as their 3 children Nicole, Kelly, and Braelyn; Kristopher Axelsen and his wife Britney, four stepsons Jason Boulard and his daughter Jaiden and son Jacoby, Jeremiah Boulard and his wife Stacy and son Hunter, Sean Boulard and his wife Molly and children Gwen and Steven, Steven Boulard and his wife Breanna and children Nevaeh, Charleigh and Kenadie. She loved her dogs Lily and Kona and going on adventures with her husband and loved shopping with her girlfriends to thrift stores and finding treasures.

She was loved by all who knew her.
