Ruth A Strong

Rochester- Ruth A. Strong formerly of Aidrian Circle died March 30, 2024 after a period of declining health. Born on March 14, 1938 to Emrick and Alberta Erickson in Somerville, MA. Ruth lived most of her life in Rochester and worked as a self-employed nurse. She was the widow of Leonard Strong, Jr. She was loving and caring to her family and especially her all of her grandchildren. She loved to read and shop from her favorite magazines. She was a member of the Church of God on Rochester Hill. Members of her family her son, Norman Strong (Karen Williams) and Melody Viel (Tim Markland), 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, two great, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers Norman and Earl. There are no services at this time. The family wishes to thank Wentworth Hospice for their support and care for their mom.
