Sandra K Frost

DOVER - Sandra K. Frost, 73, passed away on Monday, May 27th, 2013 at the Hyder Family Hospice House surrounded by her loving family. The daughter of the late Thomas H. Kanada and Genevieve Cecile (Butler) Kanada, Sandra was born on July 22, 1939 in Portsmouth NH. She attended Dover High School. Sandra was a mother and homemaker to eight children. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She loved all of the family gatherings. Her passions include: her family, thrifting, yard sales, antiquing, and an avid consignment shop connoisseur. She was also was an admirer of turquoise jewelry, a lover of gospel music and Elvis Presley, an avid reader and lover of animals. Sandra is predeceased by her parents; her husband Richard H. Frost; two sons, Steven W. Frost and James E. Frost; and one sister, Ruth K. MacDonald. Sandra is survived by her three sons, Richard T. and Kim Frost of Somersworth, David W. and Paula Frost of Portsmouth, Daniel J. and Ruth (Banley) Frost of Dover; three daughters, Sandi L. Frost and David Drymon of Eliot, ME, Paula J. and Raynor Smith of Rochester, Donna M. and Charles Kennedy of Dover; her daughter in law, Elizabeth Frost (widow of son Steven) of Dover; her sister, Thomasina Downing of Portsmouth NH; twenty-three grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2013 from 6PM to 8PM at the Edgerly Funeral Home. Services will be held on Friday, May 31, at 11AM in the chapel of the Edgerly Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rochester Cemetery.
