Sandra Kohl

Rochester - Sandra L. Kohl, 75, passed away Thursday November 3, 2016 after a courageous battle with congestive heart failure.   Born September 6, 1941 in Biddeford, ME she was the daughter of Joseph and Virginia Noel.   She was a loving mother and grandmother.   Family members include her children Warren Scott Kohl and Kathleen Davidson, grandchildren Andrew, Alicia, and Amanda, great grandchildren Elizabeth and Makayla, her mother Virgina Noel, her brothers Richard, Steven, and Mark Noel, nieces and nephews.   She was predeceased by her father Joseph and her brother David.   Private services will be held at a later date.
