Sarah-Nicole Brooks

Rochester, NH- Sarah-Nicole Brooks, 46, of Rochester, died suddenly Tuesday Feb. 28, 2017, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital.   Sarah was born Nov. 15, 1970, in San Jose, CA, the daughter of Gae Underhill and the late Robert C. Underhill. Sarah was a graduate of Farmington Senior High School, Class of 1988, and worked as a bartender/server at Slim's and Redhook Brewery. She was a loving, generous, selfless and free-spirited woman who was very caring, and non judgmental. Sarah was intelligent and sensitive and a devoted mother to her children. Sarah loved animals and the color purple, so all are asked to wear purple for her service.   Members of her family include her children, Adam C. Brooks and Mackenzie Nicole Brooks and her fiancée, Alonzo Almaraz, her mom; her sister, Stephanie Underhill, her former husband and father of her children, Kenneth E.
