Sheila Perkins

Strafford, NH - Sheila D. Perkins, 78, of Leavitt Lane in Strafford passed away Saturday May 23, 2020 at her home after a period of failing health. She was born May 1, 1942 in Rochester NH, the daughter of the late John and Barbara (Grant) Drew. She was retired from the Social Security Administration. A loving wife and mother, Sheila enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. She was a longtime member of the Third Baptist Church of Strafford and had a deep faith in God. She enjoyed watching the birds from her porch, especially the hummingbirds as well as enjoying her houseplants and travelling. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, George H. Perkins; her son Walter D. Blidberg and his wife Debra; her daughters Gayle S. Gorman and her husband Joseph, and Karen Perkins; her step- children Georgia Miller, Richard Perkins and Judy Nelson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother Grant Drew; sisters Tamara Luscombe and Regina Leclair. She is preceded in death by her sister Rhonda Goodwin. IT IS TIME TO CELEBRATE SHEILA'S LIFE.
