Simone J. Fontaine

Rochester- Simone J. Fontaine, 82, 48 Harding Street died Sunday, May 22, 2011 at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital Born August 27, 1928 in Somersworth, NH. She was the daughter of Jean and Eva (Lanoie) Pouliot. She has lived in Rochester her whole life and worked in local shoe shops. She has been a long time communicant of Holy Rosary Church in Rochester. She enjoyed her cottage in Milton and her many trips to the casino with the girls. Her family was her primary focus in life especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a caring and loving woman always putting their needs before hers. Her love, compassion, and Sunday dinners will be missed most by all who knew her. Members of her family include her daughters Denise Gagnon of Rochester, Linda Breton and husband Larry of W. Lebanon, Maine, and Diane Garland and Husband Ed of Springvale, ME. Her grandchildren Tammy, Jason, Jana, Shannon, and Brandon.
