Stanley Bobbie Jr.

ROCHESTER ; Stanley Peter Bobbie Jr., 58, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital following a period of failing health. Born Jan. 18, 1951, in Newark, N.J., he was the son of the late Stanley and Geraldine (Gratzo) Bobbie Sr. Mr. Bobbie was a millwright for Westinghouse. He enjoyed building models of World War II airplanes, tanks, and German battleships, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.Members of his family include his wife of 26 years, Jacqueline (Jones) Bobbie of Rochester; his children, Jacob M., Luke, Gerylann Bobbie all of Rochester; his siblings, Peter J. Bobbie of Pennsylvania, A. Teressa Baum of Canada and Barbara G. Schuster of Pennsylvania; and many nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held Friday, March 20, at 5 p.m. in the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly and Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St. Rochester.Burial will take place in the Rochester Cemetery in the spring.In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Stanley's memory to the Cocheco Valley...
