Sue Ann Williams, 69, passed away peacefully on Monday July 17, 2023 surrounded by family at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, NH after a brief illness.
Sue was born on October 28, 1953 in Portland, ME to her biological parents Albert and Barbara (Sherlock) Hamlin. She was raised by her parents Robert and Pearl (Foster) Goff in Lebanon, ME and attended Noble High School. In 1973 she married Bradley Genaw and lived in places such as Maine, New Hampshire, Florida, California, Washington, Michigan and Kentucky. They had 3 beautiful children, Christopher, Kevin and Elizabeth.
She enjoyed painting when she was younger and won many ribbons at the Rochester Fair for her work. She loved bowling, camping in the White Mountains, sewing, flea-markets, bingo and puzzles, as well as spending time with her 9 grandchildren.
She was a loving mom who was able to raise her kids while working from home as a fancy stitcher for companies such as Canobie and Colby Shoe. In 2006 she was proud to start her own business,...
