Susan Mary Stetson

Rochester, NH - Susan Mary (Dober) Stetson, 82,  passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital with her loving family around her. Susan was born on November 9, 1939 in Spanish Room, Newfoundland, Canada to Alphonsus and Bridget (Coady) Dober. Susan was survived by her daughters, Angela Reinholtz and her husband Erik Reinholtz, and Jennifer Powers and her husband Bill Powers of Rochester NH; their father, Peter Stetson of Dover NH; and grandchildren, Kyle Morrison, Haley Butler, Amy Powers, and Hannah Reinholtz. She also had ten siblings and an abundance of nieces and nephews, each whom she loved dearly. Susan graduated high school from the Sacred Heart School in Marystown. After high school, she joined the Sisters of Mercy, where she served twelve years. During her service in the Convent, she completed her Bachelors in Education.
