Tammy Cajar

Tammy Cajar, 50, of Dover, NH passed away peacefully on March 3rd, 2023 at the Hyder Family Hospice House, surrounded by family, after losing her battle to metastatic breast cancer. Tammy is survived by her significant other Jeremy St. Gelais, her daughter Shadai Gosselin, her mother Darlene Grassie, her father Roland Grassie and his wife Alice, her sister Michelle Baussmann and her husband Peter, and her nieces and nephews. Tammy worked as a bartender and made many life long friendships that she cherished. In her free time she loved to craft, play with her dog Josie, and spend time with her family and friends. Tammy liked taking joy rides on her teal scooter around town. She enjoyed live music and attended many concerts. Tammy held pride in her time served in the Air Force. She was also extremely proud of her only child Shadai and always had something to share about her with people. Tammy is predeceased by her brother Douglas Grassie. Tammy's family plans to hold a celebration of her life on Saturday, May 20th, 2023 from 1 PM to 4PM at Castaway's Boathouse in Dover, NH. Tammy's family would like to thank her oncologist team at Mass General Brigham in Boston for taking devoted and loving care of her. We would also like to thank the staff at the Hyder Family Hospice House for their support to our family, and for keeping Tammy comfortable in her last week of life.
