Virginia "Ginny" Sarah (Ford) Pearson, 90, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on May 31, 2013. Virginia, daughter of Chester and Vera (Franklin) Ford was born in Chicago, Illinois. She lived in Bowling Green, Russellville and Louisville, Kentucky. After marrying Charles "Charlie" Pearson, she moved to South Lebanon, Maine and then to East Rochester, New Hampshire, residing for over 50 years. She graduated from Ahrens Trade High School in 1941 and went to work at the Army Quartermaster Depot in Louisville, KY, where she met Charles (Army Air Corps and Pearl Harbor survivor). As her children grew, she worked as a nursing assistant and then at 39 decided to further her education by attending the Exeter School of Nursing. While there, she obtained her LPN certificate and had 6 months training at the Concord State Hospital School of Nursing, working at Gaffney Home and Frisbee Hospital.
