Wayne J Newman

Center Strafford, NH- Wayne J. Newman, 68, of 100 Water Street died Saturday March 2, 2019 at his home after a brief illness. He was born Nov. 3, 1950 in St. Johns New Brunswick the son of the late Gerald and Marie (McCouskey) Newman. He has resided in Strafford for the past 12 years previously from Rochester. Wayne was a truck driver for Redimix Company. He enjoyed fishing and collecting old cast iron cars. Member of his family include his wife of 40 years, Theresa (Ricker) Newman; son, Robert Demerritt, Jr.; daughters, Christine and Linda Demerritt; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Linda Bertrand, Ricky, Kenny and Todd Newman and several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held in the spring.
