ROCHESTER William E. Colburn III, 78, of 15 Easter Lane, formerly of Wilmington, Mass., died Friday, June 12, 2009 at the Epsom Healthcare Center in Epsom.Born November 23, 1930, in Boston, Mass., he was the son of the late William E. and Christine (Davidson) Colburn, JrR.Bill served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and is a retired employee from Polaroid Corporation and a loyal member of the Knights of Columbus in Rochester. He has been a long time communicant of the St. Mary's Church in Rochester where he had many friends that made his journey memorable.He leaves behind his beloved wife Jeannette (Paquette) Colburn of Rochester. His children Mark Colburn and Joanna Bazzinotti who resides in Lowell with her husband Anthony. Also survived by five adoring grandchildren, Kristl, Alyssa-Marie, Rianna, Anthony & Emilie-Rose Bazzinotti. He is the cherished brother of Arlene Dinon and her husband Vic and Joseph (Jerry) Colburn and his sister in law Bridgette (Bridie) Colburn. He was the brother to the late John and Robert Colburn, who he now joins in heaven. He is also survived by his Aunt Nancy Bickerton and many nieces, nephews, and their families of whom he was very proud.Family and friends may visit Tuesday, June 16, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.
