Farmington - William E Gray, 84, passed away Friday December 21, 2012 at his home following a period of failing health. Born July 30, 1928 in Farmington, NH he was the son of the late John and Evelyn (Green) Gray. Bill was a sheet metal worker for many years for Great Falls Products. He was a member of the Rochester Elks Lodge 1393. He loved woodworking and spent many years making furniture, toys, clocks and even beautiful oversized watches that he donated to the Elks to be raffled. During the past year he developed a passion for restoring antique Hit-and-Miss engines. Saturday nights were reserved for singing karaoke at the Elks with the many friends he had made there. During his retirement years Bill and wife, Dot wintered in Zephyrhills Fl. The summers were spent with their children and grandchildren at camp on the island at Baxter Lake in Farmington.
