LEBANON, Maine - Winifred B. Ciccotelli, 78, of 21 Zeke's Way, died Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at her home after a period of failing health. A loving, caring woman known to her family and friends as Winnie, Fred, and sometimes Eleanor. She was born Sept. 8, 1930 in Newport. R.I., the daughter of the late Arthur and Gladys (Irwin) Hurd. She had resided in this area most of her life and worked as a seamstress at Alterations by Doris in Rochester, N.H. Her hobbies included sewing, cooking, gardening, bird watching and spending time with her family, especially with her grand and great-grandchildren. The widow of Salvatore Ciccotelli, she is survived by three sons, Thomas and wife, Melanie, David and wife, Mary, Michael and wife, Dawn, all of Lebanon; six daughters, Linda and husband, Brian Rainaud of Lebanon, Donna Ciccotelli of Augusta, Cynthia Ciccotelli and James Snyder of Portland, Dorene Ciccotelli of Portland, Paula and husband, Shawn Collins of Pembroke, N.H., and Lisa Ciccotelli of Dover, N.H.; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Rosalie Ciccotelli of Alexandria, Va.; a brother-in-law, Vito Ciccotelli and his wife, Arlene of Ossipee, N.H., and four nephews.She was predeceased by her son, Douglas.Calling hours will be held Saturday, June 13, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the R. M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 S.
